Arrive fifteen minutes before session start, remove footwear at the entrance, and perform a formal bow when entering the training area.
Ensure your white karate gi is clean, unadorned except for official ISKF patches, and properly tied with your current belt rank.
Line up according to rank order for brief silent meditation, followed by formal bows to the front wall and instructing sensei.
